These Terms of Use, together with any membership terms, purchase terms, privacy notices, waivers, community guidelines, event terms, program descriptions, and policies incorporated by reference, govern your access to and use of Online Dojo Workout, operated by Hsu Academy Inc. Terms of Use
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Hsu Academy Inc. regarding your use of Online Dojo Workout. References to “you” and “your” include all visitors, members, purchasers, account holders, class participants, event attendees, parents or guardians of minors, and any person or entity accessing or using the services.
Online Dojo Workout provides online movement training, martial arts-inspired fitness, mobility training, strength and conditioning education, wellness-oriented instruction, community programming, live classes, recorded classes, introductory challenges, and related digital resources. Our services are designed to support personal practice, education, and general fitness development. They are not medical services, physical therapy services, emergency services, or a substitute for individualized professional advice.
Additional terms may apply to specific programs, offers, events, memberships, technology integrations, community partner events, promotions, or purchases. Those additional terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If a specific written agreement signed or accepted by you conflicts with these Terms, the more specific agreement will control only for the subject matter it addresses.
Medical Disclaimer
Online Dojo Workout provides general educational and fitness-related information. Our classes, videos, written materials, coaching comments, orientation challenges, community discussions, and training recommendations are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, psychological counseling, or professional healthcare services.
You should consult a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise, martial arts, strength, mobility, flexibility, conditioning, recovery, wellness, or lifestyle program. This is especially important if you have any existing or prior injury, chronic pain, surgery, pregnancy, cardiovascular condition, respiratory condition, neurological condition, balance issue, joint condition, mobility limitation, disability, fainting history, high blood pressure, metabolic condition, or any other health concern.
You are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically, mentally, and medically able to participate. You agree to stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, numbness, unusual fatigue, blurred vision, loss of balance, nausea, or any other concerning symptom. If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
No instructor, coach, contractor, community moderator, partner, employee, representative, or member of Hsu Academy Inc. is authorized to provide medical advice unless expressly identified as a licensed healthcare provider acting within the scope of a separate professional relationship. Even if an instructor has healthcare, therapeutic, athletic, or martial arts credentials, information provided through Online Dojo Workout is general in nature unless you have entered into a separate written professional services agreement.
Fitness and Martial Arts Training Risks
The services may include movement training, mobility exercises, stretching, strength training, conditioning, balance training, coordination drills, footwork, martial arts-inspired movement, bodyweight training, resistance work, treadmill use, macebell work, breathwork, recovery sessions, partner concepts, practice weapon movements, and related physical activities. These activities involve inherent risks.
Risks may include muscle soreness, fatigue, sprains, strains, falls, slips, joint irritation, ligament injury, tendon injury, impact injury, overuse injury, equipment-related injury, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, loss of balance, property damage, and, in rare cases, serious injury, disability, or death. These risks cannot be fully eliminated, even with careful instruction, modifications, safety reminders, or appropriate equipment.
Because Online Dojo Workout may be delivered remotely, instructors cannot fully observe or control your training environment, flooring, lighting, ceiling height, equipment quality, internet connection, clothing, footwear, physical condition, technique, fatigue level, or personal limitations. You are responsible for training safely, modifying exercises, choosing appropriate intensity, and discontinuing any activity that is unsafe for you.
Assumption of Risk
By participating in Online Dojo Workout, you knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly assume all risks associated with your use of the services. This includes risks that are known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, inherent and incidental, arising from your own conduct, your physical condition, your environment, your equipment, your technology, or the conduct of others.
You understand that physical training requires personal judgment. You are responsible for choosing whether to participate in a movement, whether to modify it, whether to reduce intensity, whether to use equipment, and whether to stop. You agree that you will not attempt exercises, drills, tools, or training methods that exceed your current ability, medical readiness, space limitations, or available supervision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or consequence arising from your participation in the services, including participation in live classes, recorded classes, orientation challenges, community activities, events, partner activities, or independent practice inspired by our content.
Emergency and Safety Responsibility
You are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe training area before every session. Your training area should be clear of furniture, pets, children, sharp objects, slippery surfaces, breakable items, rugs, electrical cords, unstable objects, ceiling fans, low ceilings, and other hazards. You should ensure that you have enough space for the movement being performed.
You should wear appropriate clothing, use suitable footwear or safe barefoot practice when appropriate, maintain hydration, avoid training under the influence of alcohol or impairing substances, and use equipment only as intended. You should also consider having another adult nearby when attempting challenging movements, using unfamiliar equipment, or training with any health limitation.
Online Dojo Workout is not an emergency response service. Instructors and staff may not be able to see or hear you during a session, and they may not be able to respond in real time. If you experience a medical emergency, injury, or urgent safety concern, you must contact local emergency services immediately.
Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase services, agree to these Terms, or participate without supervision. If a minor participates in any Online Dojo Workout service, a parent or legal guardian must consent to the minor’s participation, supervise the minor’s use of the services, and accept full responsibility for the minor’s safety, conduct, and compliance with these Terms.
We may require proof of age, identity, parental consent, legal authority, or eligibility at any time. We reserve the right to refuse access, suspend an account, cancel participation, or terminate membership if we believe a user is underage, lacks proper consent, presents a safety risk, or is otherwise ineligible.
Certain classes, programs, drills, equipment, or training tools may have additional participation requirements based on experience level, fitness level, safety concerns, instructor recommendation, or program design. We may restrict access to certain content or classes if we determine that doing so is appropriate for safety, community quality, or program integrity.
Changes to These Terms
We may update, revise, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made for legal, regulatory, operational, safety, business, technical, platform, payment, membership, or community reasons.
When we update these Terms, we may post the revised version on our website, provide notice through the platform, send email notice, or use another reasonable method. The updated Terms will become effective when posted or communicated, unless a later effective date is stated.
Your continued use of Online Dojo Workout after updated Terms are posted or communicated means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the services. Certain changes may apply immediately where necessary to protect safety, comply with law, prevent fraud, preserve platform security, or protect the community.
Using the Site and Services
You may use the website, platform, classes, content, community features, and related services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and only in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the services in a manner that harms Hsu Academy Inc., instructors, members, partners, vendors, or third parties.
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site or platform, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security features, scrape or harvest data, copy or redistribute content, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, disrupt classes, abuse support channels, or use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to monitor use of the services, investigate suspected violations, restrict access, remove content, moderate community spaces, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, and cooperate with legal authorities where appropriate.
Account Registration
Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your account information updated. You may not create an account using false information, another person’s identity, unauthorized payment information, or automated means.
Your account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, assign, lend, rent, sublicense, or share your account access unless we provide written permission. Membership access, class access, Starter Access, orientation challenge access, community access, and digital content access are intended only for the registered user.
We may refuse registration, require verification, merge duplicate accounts, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety concerns, involve payment issues, or appear fraudulent.
Passwords and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless caused by our own failure to maintain reasonable security.
You agree to use a secure password, protect your account access, avoid sharing login credentials, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not responsible for losses, unauthorized purchases, account misuse, data exposure, or other harm resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
Shared login access may result in suspension or termination without refund. If we suspect unauthorized sharing, credential misuse, account resale, or platform abuse, we may restrict access until the issue is resolved.
Mobile Application & Geo-Location Terms
If Online Dojo Workout offers, recommends, or integrates with mobile applications, your use of those applications may be subject to additional app store terms, device requirements, operating system requirements, software updates, permissions, and third-party rules.
We do not guarantee that any mobile application will be compatible with every device, operating system, browser, wearable, network, or region. Features may vary by device and may change over time.
You are responsible for your device, data charges, internet connection, mobile carrier fees, updates, permissions, security settings, and compliance with all applicable app store and device terms. We are not responsible for device malfunction, operating system limitations, notification failures, app store restrictions, or mobile network issues.
Certain features may request or use location-related information, such as time zone, general location, class availability, local event eligibility, shipping location, tax calculation, fraud prevention, safety communications, or partner event information. Location-related features may be provided through your device, browser, IP address, account settings, third-party platforms, or information you provide.
You may be able to disable location permissions through your device or browser settings. However, disabling location features may limit certain services, including event recommendations, localized schedules, regional offers, time zone accuracy, or location-based functionality.
We do not guarantee that location-based information will be accurate, complete, or available. You are responsible for confirming the time, place, eligibility, and safety of any event, class, or activity before participating.
Online Classes and Live Sessions
Online Dojo Workout may offer live classes, livestreams, group sessions, workshops, orientation sessions, demonstrations, Q&A sessions, coaching sessions, or other real-time programming. These sessions may be delivered through our own platform or through third-party video, scheduling, or communication providers.
Class availability, instructors, topics, difficulty levels, schedules, duration, access limits, class size, and included benefits may change. We may cancel, reschedule, modify, replace, or discontinue live sessions at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific instructor, class format, time slot, curriculum, or training method will remain available.
Participation in a live session does not guarantee individualized supervision, personal correction, medical screening, injury prevention, or results. You remain responsible for choosing appropriate movements, modifying exercises, managing intensity, and stopping when needed.
Recorded Content and Digital Access
Online Dojo Workout may provide recorded classes, replays, tutorials, educational videos, orientation materials, training guides, written resources, downloadable materials, or other digital content. Access to digital content may depend on your membership level, purchase type, account status, program eligibility, technology compatibility, and platform availability.
Digital content is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for your own personal training and education. You do not acquire ownership of any video, recording, method, curriculum, file, design, or material.
We may update, remove, replace, restrict, retire, or discontinue content at any time for business, legal, safety, licensing, technical, quality control, or program reasons. We do not guarantee permanent availability of any specific recording, replay, instructor, training module, resource, or content library.
Starter Access and Lifetime Access
Online Dojo Workout may offer a Starter Access package, including promotional offers such as lifetime starter access for a one-time fee, including but not limited to a $27 introductory offer. The exact benefits of Starter Access are limited to the benefits described at the time of purchase.
Starter Access may include access to selected beginner-friendly resources, a certain number of basic live workout sessions, designated starter-level classes, onboarding materials, community features, or a 7-day orientation challenge. Starter Access does not automatically include private coaching, advanced classes, certifications, rankings, all future programs, all live sessions, all recordings, partner events, or premium membership benefits unless expressly stated.
“Lifetime Access” means access for the operational lifetime of the applicable Starter Access program as maintained by Hsu Academy Inc. It does not mean access for the lifetime of the individual member, the lifetime of any instructor, the lifetime of any technology provider, the lifetime of any website, or the lifetime of any specific class schedule, platform, feature, or curriculum.
We reserve the right to modify, replace, restructure, limit, suspend, retire, or discontinue aspects of Starter Access if needed for safety, legal compliance, business operations, instructor availability, platform changes, technical issues, program quality, or community integrity. If the Starter Access program is materially changed, we may provide substitute access, replacement content, account credit, or another remedy at our discretion, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Orientation Challenges
Online Dojo Workout may offer orientation challenges, including a 7-day orientation challenge designed to help members become familiar with the platform, training structure, class experience, community expectations, and beginner-friendly movement approach.
Orientation challenges are educational and motivational in nature. They are not contests unless expressly described as contests, and they do not guarantee fitness results, skill development, weight loss, health improvement, ranking, belt advancement, or completion certification.
We may modify the structure, timing, content, eligibility, access rules, or availability of any orientation challenge. If you miss a day, fail to complete a task, experience technical issues, or are unable to participate, we are not required to extend access, provide refunds, or provide individualized make-up programming unless stated in the offer.
Membership Inactivity and Account Removal
Online Dojo Workout is designed to support active, engaged participation. To preserve community quality, platform organization, data hygiene, and operational efficiency, we reserve the right to suspend, archive, deactivate, restrict, or remove accounts that remain inactive for prolonged periods.
For purposes of these Terms, inactivity may include failure to log in, attend live classes, access recorded materials, participate in community spaces, respond to account communications, update account information, or otherwise use the services for twelve months or longer.
If a member remains inactive for one year or more, we may remove that member from active access, community groups, class rosters, member directories, platform systems, or Starter Access benefits. Removal due to inactivity may occur with or without advance notice to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Removal due to inactivity does not guarantee a refund, credit, restoration, or reinstatement. Reactivation may be available at our discretion and may require identity verification, acceptance of updated terms, payment of current fees, re-enrollment in current offerings, or approval by our team.
Technology Integrations and Equipment
Online Dojo Workout may reference, recommend, display, demonstrate, support, or integrate with various technologies and training tools. These may include laptops, mobile phones, tablets, televisions, TV stands, projectors, internet routers, cameras, microphones, speakers, wearable fitness trackers, heart-rate monitors, AI-enabled glasses, smart devices, treadmills, macebells, resistance tools, practice weapons, and other fitness or training equipment.
Technology integrations and training tools vary based on program, training objectives, instructor recommendations, equipment availability, safety considerations, member goals, and individual needs. Not all technologies or tools are required, included, supported, or appropriate for every member.
You are responsible for selecting, purchasing, installing, maintaining, securing, and safely using your own equipment and technology. We do not guarantee compatibility, accuracy, reliability, safety, availability, data quality, performance, or continued support for any third-party device, app, wearable, software, or tool.
We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, inaccurate tracking data, connectivity failures, device malfunction, software errors, privacy practices of third-party technologies, equipment defects, or losses arising from your use of equipment or technology.
Practice Weapons and Training Tools
Some programs may include or reference martial arts-inspired tools, plastic practice weapons, foam training weapons, sticks, staffs, macebells, or other training implements. These tools are intended solely for safe, controlled, educational movement practice.
You are responsible for ensuring that any tool you use is lawful in your jurisdiction, appropriate for your training environment, suitable for your ability level, and used only in a safe manner. You must maintain adequate space, proper storage, appropriate flooring, safe surroundings, and responsible handling.
Unless expressly authorized by a qualified instructor in an appropriate setting, real weapons, sharpened blades, firearms, dangerous implements, or improvised weapons should not be used in connection with Online Dojo Workout content. We do not promote violence, intimidation, unlawful conduct, unsafe weapon handling, or misuse of training tools.
Any use of practice weapons, macebells, sticks, or similar equipment is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for injury, property damage, legal consequences, or other harm caused by your possession, handling, storage, or use of such tools.
Community Guidelines
Online Dojo Workout may include community spaces, group discussions, live chat, comments, forums, social media groups, member directories, accountability spaces, direct messaging, or other interactive features. These spaces are intended to support respectful learning, encouragement, accountability, and personal growth.
You agree to treat instructors, staff, partners, and members with courtesy and respect. You may not harass, threaten, bully, shame, defame, discriminate, exploit, impersonate, spam, stalk, intimidate, or abuse any person. You may not post content that is hateful, sexually explicit, violent, misleading, defamatory, invasive of privacy, unlawful, or otherwise harmful.
We may moderate community spaces at our discretion. We may remove posts, restrict comments, mute members, suspend accounts, terminate access, or remove users who violate community standards or create safety, legal, or reputational concerns.
Community spaces are not medical forums, legal forums, mental health crisis forums, or emergency response channels. Advice from members should not be relied upon as professional advice.
Community Partner Events
Online Dojo Workout may promote, host, facilitate, coordinate, sponsor, list, or provide access to community partner events, workshops, seminars, meetups, demonstrations, online sessions, in-person sessions, retreats, or third-party activities.
Unless expressly stated in writing, Hsu Academy Inc. acts only as a host, promoter, organizer, facilitator, platform provider, or information provider for community partner events. We do not assume responsibility for the conduct, instruction, facilities, equipment, safety practices, policies, products, services, statements, representations, omissions, or actions of third-party partners, vendors, instructors, venues, sponsors, attendees, or participants.
Participation in any community partner event is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability, safety, location, instructor qualifications, event rules, travel requirements, and physical demands of any event before participating.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hsu Academy Inc. is not liable for injuries, losses, damages, travel expenses, cancellations, scheduling changes, property damage, personal disputes, third-party negligence, venue conditions, or dissatisfaction arising from or related to community partner events.
Instructor Communications and Coaching Limits
Instructors may provide general feedback, encouragement, demonstrations, movement cues, training suggestions, class modifications, or educational guidance. Such communications are intended for general training support and do not create a medical, therapeutic, fiduciary, or professional healthcare relationship.
Instructors may not be able to observe every participant, especially in group classes or recorded sessions. Even when an instructor observes you by video, the instructor’s ability to assess technique, effort, fatigue, pain, surroundings, or safety may be limited.
You are responsible for deciding whether to follow, modify, or disregard any instruction based on your body, environment, and readiness. If an instructor suggests a modification, that suggestion is not a guarantee of safety or suitability.
Results Disclaimer
Online Dojo Workout may help support movement quality, consistency, strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence, and general fitness habits. However, individual results vary.
We do not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, pain reduction, injury prevention, improved health, athletic performance, martial arts rank, belt promotion, certification, skill mastery, psychological benefit, personal transformation, or any specific outcome. Results depend on many factors, including consistency, effort, health status, prior experience, sleep, nutrition, recovery, genetics, stress, environment, and adherence to appropriate training.
Testimonials, reviews, case studies, examples, and member stories reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Purchases and Payments
You agree to pay all fees associated with purchases, memberships, classes, events, products, subscriptions, programs, or services you select. Prices, promotions, included benefits, taxes, payment options, and billing terms may vary and may change unless otherwise stated in a specific written offer.
You authorize Hsu Academy Inc. and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for applicable amounts. You agree to provide accurate billing information and promptly update expired, invalid, or changed payment details.
We may suspend or terminate access for failed payments, chargebacks, payment disputes, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violation of payment terms. You are responsible for any taxes, transaction fees, currency conversion charges, payment processor fees, bank fees, or other charges imposed by third parties.
Recurring Billing and Subscriptions
If we offer recurring memberships or subscriptions, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle and terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Recurring billing may continue until cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
You are responsible for reviewing the purchase terms before enrolling. Renewal prices, billing dates, membership benefits, and subscription terms may be stated at checkout, in your account, or in a membership agreement.
If your payment fails, we may retry the charge, request updated payment information, suspend access, or terminate the membership. We may use third-party payment processors, and your use of payment services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the policy stated at the time of purchase. If no specific refund policy is stated, purchases are generally final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may decline refunds for digital content already accessed, live sessions attended, orientation challenges started or completed, community access used, membership periods that have elapsed, event registration costs, or services already delivered.
Cancellation of a recurring membership, if offered, stops future billing in accordance with the applicable cancellation process but does not automatically refund prior charges. You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge directly with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider instead of contacting us first, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated. Chargebacks may result in loss of access to classes, content, community spaces, or membership benefits.
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks, provide evidence of purchase and access, recover unpaid amounts, and refuse future purchases where we believe a chargeback was improper, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the applicable purchase terms.
You agree to contact us promptly if you believe a billing error occurred so we can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
Promotions and Special Offers
We may offer limited-time promotions, discounts, bonuses, trials, introductory pricing, coupons, bundles, or special packages. Promotional terms may include eligibility requirements, expiration dates, quantity limits, account restrictions, geographic restrictions, or other conditions.
Promotions may be modified, extended, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time unless prohibited by law. Promotions may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
We may refuse, cancel, or revoke promotional access in cases of fraud, duplicate accounts, payment failure, technical error, misuse, violation of these Terms, or conduct inconsistent with the purpose of the promotion.
Contests, Challenges, and Promotional Activities
Online Dojo Workout may offer challenges, accountability programs, contests, giveaways, member features, social media promotions, or other promotional activities. These activities may be subject to additional official rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, judging criteria, prize terms, and publicity permissions.
Participation is voluntary. Challenges and promotional activities are intended for education, motivation, community engagement, and personal accountability. They do not guarantee physical results, prizes, recognition, rankings, or program completion.
We may cancel, modify, suspend, or disqualify participants from any contest, challenge, or promotional activity for safety reasons, misconduct, fraud, technical problems, violation of rules, or circumstances beyond our control.
If testimonials, reviews, endorsements, or influencer content are used in marketing, businesses should consider applicable advertising and consumer review rules. The FTC provides business guidance on endorsements, reviews, testimonial practices, and disclosure of material connections. Â

Your use of Online Dojo Workout is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should explain how we collect, use, disclose, store, protect, and process personal information.
By using the services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. Information may be collected directly from you, automatically through your device or browser, through payment processors, through class platforms, through community platforms, or through third-party service providers.
You should not post sensitive personal information, medical details, financial information, passwords, or private information in public or semi-public community spaces. Information posted in community areas may be seen, copied, saved, or shared by other members despite our community rules.
California’s Office of the Attorney General explains that California consumers may have rights under the CCPA, including rights to know, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, correct inaccurate information, limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, and avoid discrimination for exercising privacy rights, subject to applicability and exceptions.
Health, Fitness, and Wellness Data
Some services or integrations may involve fitness-related information, such as class attendance, training preferences, goals, progress notes, heart-rate data, wearable data, activity data, mobility information, or self-reported health limitations. This information may be used to provide services, personalize training, improve programs, support safety, communicate with you, or operate the platform.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Online Dojo Workout is not a healthcare provider, covered entity, or health plan, and our services are not intended to create a healthcare provider-patient relationship. You should not submit sensitive medical information unless necessary and appropriate.
If you connect third-party wearables, heart monitors, fitness apps, AI-enabled devices, or tracking technologies, those third parties may collect and process your data under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party data practices, device accuracy, or health-related interpretations produced by third-party tools.
User Content, Photos, Videos, and Testimonials
You may be able to submit, upload, post, send, tag, or otherwise provide content, including photos, videos, comments, reviews, testimonials, training clips, progress stories, messages, questions, or community posts. You are responsible for any content you provide.
By providing user content, you represent that you own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to share it. You also represent that your content does not violate the rights of others, including privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, trademark, contract rights, or confidentiality obligations.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Hsu Academy Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, promote, and otherwise exploit user content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the services.
Do not submit content containing private information, medical information, images of minors, third-party copyrighted material, music, logos, trademarks, or identifiable individuals unless you have all necessary permissions.
Media Release
If you participate in a recorded live class, event, workshop, testimonial session, interview, promotional activity, or community feature, your name, image, voice, likeness, comments, movement, performance, or participation may be captured.
By participating in such activities after receiving notice that recording or photography may occur, you consent to being recorded and authorize Hsu Academy Inc. to use that recording for education, training, internal review, marketing, promotion, archival, quality control, and business purposes, unless otherwise prohibited by law or agreed in writing.
If you do not want to be recorded, you should turn off your camera, avoid submitting media, refrain from participating in recorded activities, or notify us in advance where possible. We may not be able to remove you from recordings already distributed, published, or archived.
Links to Third-Party Sites
Our website, platform, emails, classes, community spaces, or resources may include links to third-party websites, apps, stores, social media pages, payment processors, equipment providers, video platforms, wearable providers, software tools, partner organizations, or educational resources.
We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, availability, products, services, representations, privacy practices, or terms. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.
Third-Party Platforms and Service Providers
We may rely on third-party platforms and vendors to provide video streaming, scheduling, payment processing, email delivery, text messaging, analytics, hosting, customer support, community management, mobile access, data storage, marketing, or other services.
Third-party service interruptions, outages, errors, delays, feature changes, security incidents, policy changes, or platform limitations may affect your experience. We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers, internet service providers, devices, browsers, app stores, networks, or external systems.
Your access to the services may require maintaining compatible devices, updated software, stable internet access, and compliance with third-party platform rules.

We do not guarantee that the services will operate on every device, browser, operating system, network, or location. Video quality, audio quality, class participation, and platform functionality may be affected by your internet speed, hardware, software, settings, and environment.
Technical problems on your end, including poor internet connection, device failure, browser incompatibility, or user error, do not automatically entitle you to refunds, credits, extensions, or make-up classes.

Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created a safety concern, disrupted the community, failed to pay, shared your account, misused content, infringed intellectual property, engaged in misconduct, submitted false information, initiated improper chargebacks, violated event rules, or remained inactive for a prolonged period.
Termination may result in loss of access to live classes, recordings, community groups, member benefits, progress history, messages, saved content, promotional pricing, Starter Access benefits, and other services.
We are not required to provide refunds for termination caused by your violation of these Terms, misconduct, payment failure, account misuse, or prolonged inactivity, unless required by applicable law.

We do not warrant that the services will meet your expectations, be suitable for your personal condition, produce specific results, prevent injury, improve health, remain available, be compatible with your technology, or be free from viruses, interruptions, delays, defects, or errors.
No advice, instruction, comment, content, communication, or information obtained from Online Dojo Workout creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hsu Academy Inc., Online Dojo Workout, and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, partners, vendors, licensors, service providers, agents, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages.
This limitation applies to claims involving personal injury, emotional distress, lost profits, lost data, service interruption, missed classes, cancelled events, equipment failure, technology malfunction, dissatisfaction, reputational harm, account loss, community disputes, third-party conduct, partner events, or inability to access the services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Hsu Academy Inc. for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Release of Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Hsu Academy Inc., Online Dojo Workout, and their owners, directors, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, partners, vendors, licensors, service providers, agents, and representatives from claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your participation in the services.
This release includes claims related to fitness participation, martial arts-inspired training, live classes, recorded content, independent practice, use of equipment, technology integrations, community interactions, partner events, third-party platforms, and your training environment.
This release does not waive claims that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hsu Academy Inc., Online Dojo Workout, and their owners, directors, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, partners, vendors, licensors, service providers, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the services.
This includes claims arising from your participation in training, your violation of these Terms, your user content, your misuse of equipment, your technology use, your account activity, your conduct toward other members, your participation in events, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
We reserve the right to control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us in defending such claims.
Dispute Resolution and Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration or litigation, you and Hsu Academy Inc. agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally and in good faith. The party raising a dispute must provide written notice describing the dispute, the relevant facts, and the requested resolution.
The parties agree to allow a reasonable period, such as thirty days, to attempt informal resolution before commencing formal proceedings, unless immediate relief is needed to prevent harm, protect intellectual property, address unauthorized access, or comply with legal deadlines.
This informal process is intended to encourage efficient, respectful resolution and does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where appropriate.
Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the services, your account, your purchases, your participation, or your relationship with Hsu Academy Inc. will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court or claims seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse, unauthorized access, confidentiality violations, or platform abuse.
The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of an arbitration provider selected in the applicable final Terms, such as AAA or JAMS, unless the parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator will have authority to award the same individual relief that a court could award, subject to these Terms.
You and Hsu Academy Inc. waive the right to a jury trial. You and Hsu Academy Inc. also agree that disputes must be brought only on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, representative action, consolidated action, or private attorney general action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may include an arbitration opt-out procedure in the final version of these Terms, such as allowing users to opt out within thirty days of first accepting the Terms by sending written notice to a designated address. An attorney should tailor this section to your governing state and preferred arbitration provider.
Governing Law & International Users
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Hsu Academy Inc. is formed or principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
For any claim not subject to arbitration, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in the applicable governing jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
You and the Company agree that these Terms are intended to be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Certain digital content, services, subscriptions, cancellation rights, refund rights, privacy rights, or dispute rights may differ depending on your location. The final version of these Terms should include jurisdiction-specific terms if Online Dojo Workout actively markets to or accepts members from those regions.
Where required by law, we will comply with applicable mandatory consumer protection rules. Where not required, the terms stated at the time of purchase will govern refunds, cancellations, access, and service delivery.

By creating an account, purchasing a service, registering for a class, joining a challenge, or providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications from us. These may include account notices, class reminders, purchase confirmations, billing notices, policy updates, safety notices, event updates, and support messages.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include natural disasters, pandemics, public health emergencies, power outages, internet outages, platform failures, labor disputes, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, equipment failures, instructor emergencies, supply disruptions, or third-party service interruptions.
In such circumstances, we may cancel, reschedule, modify, suspend, or delay services without liability. We may provide substitute content, credits, extensions, or other remedies at our discretion, unless required by applicable law.
No Professional Relationship
Your use of Online Dojo Workout does not create a doctor-patient relationship, therapist-client relationship, attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship.
Instructors and staff may provide general educational support, but they are not acting as your personal physician, therapist, trainer, legal advisor, financial advisor, or emergency responder.
You remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other specialized matters.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Hsu Academy Inc.
A waiver of one violation does not constitute a waiver of any future violation. We may enforce these Terms at any time, even if we previously did not enforce a similar provision.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The parties intend that these Terms be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, financing, corporate transaction, change of control, or transfer of business operations.
These Terms bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any incorporated policies, purchase terms, waivers, membership agreements, event terms, community guidelines, and privacy notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hsu Academy Inc. regarding Online Dojo Workout.
These Terms supersede prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the services, except for specific written agreements that expressly supplement or override these Terms.
